The project is located at the ARC-PHP facility on the R573 Kwa Mhlanga Road, Pretoria. The scope includes the extraction and disposal of compromised fuel, physical scraping of tank bottoms, and management of hazardous wastewater in line with environmental regulations. The service provider must deliver a formal Safe Disposal Certificate within 14 business days of completion. The tender is subject to an 80/20 preference point system.
