The work covers the Overberg Water Board’s head office in Somerset West and satellite offices in Caledon, Swellendam, and Heidelberg. Key deliverables include establishing efficient claim procedures with a 7-day turnaround and monitoring premium payments. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of industry experience and have managed individual claims exceeding R5,000,000.00 within the last five years.
