Description

Artscape invites quotations for catering and event setup services for 160 guests at the Artscape Theatre. The service provider must supply 180 gold Tiffany chairs, 15 centrepieces, gold table runners, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. The catering includes a lunch of mutton curry, chicken, and vegetables, followed by afternoon tea with snacks and beverages. The event is scheduled for 10 June 2026. The service provider is responsible for the timely setup of the venue. The closing date for submissions is 05 June 2026 at 13:00.
