The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development is seeking a professional conveyancer to transfer eighteen land parcels. These properties are located in the Sekhukhune, Capricorn, and Waterberg Districts of the Limpopo Province. The goal is to transfer ownership from the National Government to various land reform beneficiaries. The appointed service provider must handle all legal aspects of the transfer, including document preparation, deeds office searches, and FICA verification. All work must be completed within three weeks of receiving an instruction. The closing date for this tender is 16 October 2026.
