The work involves providing support for Test, Disaster Recovery, and Production servers, including file transfer investigations, application support, and software configuration. The service provider will also be responsible for training, system upgrades, and migrations. The work will take place at the RAF Head Office in Centurion, Pretoria. Key deliverables include the provision of Connect Direct software licenses and Secure+ support, with a cap of 30 hours for onsite and remote support services.
