Description

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of non-technical facilities management services, including cleaning, hygiene equipment installation, and the supply of consumables. The work will be performed across the Mpumalanga Operating Unit, specifically covering the Highveld Zone, Lowveld Zone, and Eskom Park. The contract duration for these services is 60 months. The scope includes daily office cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, and the management of hygiene consumables. Bidders are required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials. The tender follows an NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) structure. Key deliverables include the submission of a Health and Safety Plan, a Quality Management System, and a detailed operational work schedule. The project aims to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across approximately 72,000m² of combined office and facility space.
