The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) is seeking a service provider to conduct Customer Centricity training for 790 employees. The project aims to improve service excellence through specific mindsets and skills. The work involves designing and delivering training sessions, providing learning materials, and submitting a final evaluation report. The delivery model includes two-day in-person workshops for 90 external-facing staff and four-hour virtual sessions for 700 internal-facing staff. The project must be completed according to the SABS requirements, with all training materials and facilitator expertise provided by the successful bidder. The closing date for this tender is 21 October 2026.
