The project includes upgrading 10 village houses with new galvanized IBR roof sheets, timber purlins, and insulation, followed by wall repairs and painting. Completion is required within one calendar month, with a total period of 12 weeks. Specialized asbestos handling and construction expertise is necessary to meet safety and quality standards. Payments will be based on the completion and sign-off of individual structures.
