Construction of K9 Unit Offices in Mossel Bay.
The Mossel Bay Municipality invites tenders for constructing new offices for the K9 Dog Unit at Erf 2001, Extension 23, Mossel Bay. The project includes site clearance, site establishment, and building a 135m² brick structure with a pitched roof, internal dry walling, and kitchen and toilet facilities. ATNS seeks a service provider for the design and refurbishment of the Cape Town Station Technical Workshop on a turnkey basis. The project includes space planning, 3D visualization, ergonomic workstations, ESD-compliant flooring, energy-efficient lighting, and HVAC upgrades. It also involves electrical reticulation, IT integration, and fire safety systems. The successful bidder must offer a 12-month defects liability period and provide comprehensive handover documentation.
