The South African Post Office (SAPO) is seeking service providers to transport postmen, their mailbags, and bicycles between mail centres, depots, and branches. The work will take place across the Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal provinces. This is a month-to-month contract for a period of four months. The service requires the use of 5-seater or 7-seater vehicles equipped with tow hitches and trailers. Service providers must be available 24/7 and ensure all vehicles are fitted with tracking systems and branded with the Post Office logo. The successful bidder must be able to start services within 14 working days of receiving an award letter. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in transporting people within the last five years.
