The South African Post Office (SAPO) is seeking a specialist service provider to design and deliver a comprehensive induction programme for its new Board members. The work will take place in Pretoria, Gauteng. The programme must cover critical areas including governance frameworks, fiduciary duties, risk management, financial oversight, and ethical conduct. The service provider must deliver an induction needs-assessment, workshop materials, facilitated sessions, and a final evaluation report. The entire project must be completed within fifteen working days from the date of the purchase order. Bidders must provide a team led by two Corporate Governance Specialists with at least five years of experience, including specific experience with Schedule 2 Public Entities undergoing restructuring or business rescue. The project requires deep knowledge of the King IV Code, the Companies Act, and the Public Finance Management Act. All deliverables must be provided in English.
