- Must hold a CIDB grading of 3SF or higher.
- Must possess a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
- Personnel must hold NQF Level 4 or higher qualifications.
- Personnel must be registered with SAQCC Fire.
- Must provide OEM commitment for spare parts until 31 December 2030.
- Must comply with SANS 10400-T, SANS 10139, and SANS 14520 standards.
- Must commit to using registered hazardous waste disposal facilities.
- Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
- Joint Ventures must provide a signed teaming agreement.
