The uMngeni Local Municipality is seeking to appoint a panel of electrical consultants for a 36-month period. The work involves providing professional electrical services for municipal infrastructure projects, maintenance, and repairs. Key deliverables include designing electrical services, preparing tender documentation, construction monitoring, quality control, and commissioning. Consultants must also manage projects, ensure compliance with NERSA and OHS standards, assess Small Scale Embedded Generation installations, and provide skills transfer training to municipal staff.
