  • Public Liability Insurance of at least R5,000,000
  • Proof of registration with COIDA, UIF, and PAYE
  • Compliance with Health Act Regulation 638
  • Membership with a hospitality association like FEDHASA
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant government catering experience
  • Three positive client reference letters
  • Access to a HPCSA-registered dietician
