Description

The Passenger Rail Agency (PRASA) invites bids for professional feasibility and concept design services for four stations: Pretoria, Germiston, Dunswart, and Midway. The project includes technical, financial, legal, and environmental assessments, alongside master planning and architectural design. Key deliverables include feasibility reports, market demand studies, financial models, and engineering designs. The project duration is five months. Bidders must demonstrate experience in commercial or retail consulting projects valued at R1 million or more completed within the last seven years. A multidisciplinary team of registered professionals is required to execute the scope of work across all four sites.
