The South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa) invites bids for the appointment of a service provider to source, secure, and manage accommodation for 98 learners. The learners are participating in various skills development programmes, internships, and apprenticeships. The service provider must manage the placement of 25 students at RCL Pretoria West and 65 students at Necsa. The contract duration is 11 months. The provider is responsible for ensuring the accommodation is furnished, includes basic utilities, and provides Wi-Fi, power backup, and water backup. The provider must also manage lease agreements, learner check-ins, and monthly reporting. The maximum allowable rate is R5,500.00 per learner per month, inclusive of VAT.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- VAT registration — A registered VAT vendor number with SARS.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Assigned consultant must have matric and 5 years experience
- Signed solvency statement from a qualified authority
- Valid municipal compliance certificates (Electrical, Glazing, Plumbing COCs)
- Evidence of security screening for all staff
