The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is seeking a professional service provider to produce a high-quality television commercial (TVC) titled 'When the SIU Works.' The project aims to showcase the SIU's successful investigation into NSFAS, which recovered 2 billion rands for the state. The work will be performed across South Africa and involves end-to-end production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production. Key deliverables include a one-minute TVC, various cut-down versions (15 to 30 seconds), and a silent version, all produced in 4K resolution with both 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios. The service provider must manage all logistics, including talent sourcing, equipment, and music licensing, while collaborating with the SIU’s internal multimedia team. The final production files must be delivered by 10 July 2026. This is a once-off project, and the successful bidder must also secure usage licenses for the content for a period of one to two years for use across traditional and social media platforms.
