Description

The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking a service provider to conduct a 'Train the Trainer' short learning programme. The goal is to improve the teaching skills and confidence of 15 internal subject matter experts across HSRC offices in Pretoria, Cape Town, and Sweetwaters. The training will be delivered online during October and November 2026. Key deliverables include a pre-training needs assessment, a customized training programme, two-day training sessions per cohort, participant manuals, post-training evaluations, and a final report with recommendations. The service provider must demonstrate expertise in the research environment and provide interactive, culturally sensitive training materials.

Full requirements

  • Minimum 5 years company experience in Train the Trainer facilitation
  • Facilitator must hold a post-graduate qualification at NQF level 9

  • Must provide valid SETA accreditation proof
  • Must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters
