Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a panel of service providers to deliver compliance, governance, and assurance services. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis over a five-year period. Key responsibilities include regulatory monitoring, governance advisory, policy development, training, and conducting investigations into non-compliance. Deliverables include compliance reports, risk management tools, policy documentation, and training materials. The project will be managed from the ATNS head office in Bruma, South Africa. Interested parties must attend a compulsory briefing session on 13 October 2026.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.

- Three contactable references for similar services within the last 5 years
- Two project leads with 8+ years experience and NQF level 7 qualifications
- Project leads must hold SAQA-recognized professional designations
- CIPC registration, shareholder certificates, and shareholder ID copies
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
