Description

The Free State Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environmental Affairs is seeking a service provider for staff transport services. The contract will run for 36 months. The work involves transporting employees from Thaba Nchu, Botshabelo, Mangaung, and Bloemfontein to the Glen workplace. The service requires a fleet of 32 to 65-seater buses equipped with seatbelts, air conditioning, and safety features. Vehicles must be relatively new or have low mileage. The provider must manage daily routes and maintain accurate log sheets. The department may appoint multiple providers to cover different routes. Pricing will be based on a monthly retainer plus a rate per kilometer, with annual adjustments linked to the Consumer Price Index and fuel price changes.
