The office space must be between 92.40m² and 97.40m² and include facilities for seven employees, such as consultation rooms, a reception area, and disability-accessible toilets. The landlord is responsible for building maintenance, including air conditioning, fire equipment, and structural integrity. The premises must be located in the Ixopo area, preferably near the Magistrate Court and public transport. The successful bidder must also perform specific refurbishments, including partitioning, network cabling, and branding installations. The tender process follows an 80/20 preference point system, and the estimated value of the contract is up to R50,000,000.00.
