Description

Transnet SOC Ltd is inviting bids for the diagnosis and repair of 132KV/25KV traction transformers at the Cradock Substation. The project includes supplying and delivering transformer oil, performing vacuum oil filling, and conducting technical tests such as ratio, insulation, and SFRA testing. Additionally, the contractor must install PCB control cables and construct oil containment pits. The work is governed by an NEC3 contract. Bidders must attend a compulsory site briefing to qualify for the project.
