Description

The Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking a service provider to supply, implement, and support an Enterprise Architecture (EA) tool. The project will take place in Centurion and covers a contract period of 60 months. The selected provider must deliver a centralized repository for business processes, application portfolios, and technology lifecycle management. Key deliverables include the installation of the software, the provision of five core user licenses, comprehensive staff training, and ongoing technical support. The tool must feature advanced capabilities such as AI-assisted modeling, automated reporting, and robust security integrations like Active Directory and multi-factor authentication.
