Description

The National Research Foundation (NRF) invites service providers to develop a comprehensive competency framework and assessment tools. The project involves designing role-specific competency profiles, conducting skills audits, and creating assessment instruments like 360-degree feedback guides. The successful bidder will also train internal staff and integrate the framework into existing HR systems.   • Documented POPIA compliance and data security measures
