Description

The Presidency invites service providers to conduct an impact evaluation of its strategic outcomes. The project covers three areas: the 2020-2025 Strategic Plan, an analysis of 30 years of democracy, and a mid-term report for the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. The work will take place over a nine-month period. Key deliverables include performance assessments, recommendations on budgeting and planning, and the development of evaluation reports for Executive Authority approval. The project aims to refine the theory of change and inform future Annual Performance Plans. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in programme evaluation and provide a detailed project plan. The tender is issued by The Presidency of South Africa and follows an 80/20-point evaluation system.
