The ETDP SETA is seeking a service provider to conduct a comprehensive review of 151 organisational positions. The work involves benchmarking job descriptions against industry best practices, performing job evaluations using the Peromnes grading system, and providing detailed diagnostic and management reports. The project will take place over a four-month period. The successful firm must present their findings to management and governance structures.
