Description

Onderstepoort Biological Products (OBP) invites proposals for a comprehensive organizational design project. The work involves conducting a skills audit, job profiling, job grading using the Paterson system, and market benchmarking for all positions. The project includes a diagnostic phase, future state design, performance management system development, and a change management strategy. The work will take place in Pretoria. The project requires a phased implementation over 3 to 6 months. Key deliverables include a final integrated organizational design report, updated job profiles, a salary benchmarking report, and a transition plan. Bidders must have at least ten years of experience in this field.
