Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites proposals for a Professional Service Provider to support the informal settlements upgrading programme in metropolitan and secondary cities. The project involves establishing a technical team to assist with infrastructure planning, financial modelling, and intergovernmental coordination over a 24-month period. Work will be based in Pretoria with national travel requirements. Key deliverables include developing upgrading strategies, performance frameworks, and Housing Support Centre models, alongside monthly progress reporting.
