The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is seeking a service provider to implement a three-year learnership programme for persons with disabilities. The project involves designing and registering the programme with the relevant SETA or QCTO, recruiting and onboarding learners, and providing both theoretical and workplace-based training. The service provider must manage assessments, moderation, and certification while ensuring compliance with national skills and employment laws. Key deliverables include learner mentorship, psychosocial support, and the transfer of skills to C-BRTA staff. The programme will run for 36 months, covering recruitment, training, assessment, and final contract closure. This initiative aims to improve skills development and workplace accessibility for disabled individuals.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
