The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure is seeking to establish a panel of accredited training providers. The successful bidders will deliver skills development and artisan training programs for the EPWP initiative over a three-year period. Work will take place across the Eastern Cape. Key deliverables include developing training plans, providing learning materials, conducting assessments, managing learner attendance, and ensuring SETA or QCTO verification. Providers must also facilitate work placements for learners and submit regular progress reports. The training covers various sectors, including construction, engineering, and agriculture.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
