The project includes the provision of primary electrical equipment, such as circuit breakers, surge arrestors, and isolators, along with coordination services, Factory Acceptance Testing, and logistics. The successful bidder must deliver all materials to the site within nine months of appointment. The project commences within 14 days of signing the Service Level Agreement. A compulsory virtual briefing session is scheduled for 25 August 2026. All proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 18 September 2026. The tender requires adherence to strict technical specifications and quality standards to ensure the successful upgrade of the 132/11kV substation capacity.
