Description

Armscor is inviting tenders for the interior fit-out and refurbishment of its boardroom and conference facilities (Phase 1). The project is located at the Armscor Head Offices in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. The work involves professional construction and interior design services to upgrade existing corporate facilities. Interested contractors must ensure their submissions are received by 11:00 AM on 16 October 2026. The project requires the successful bidder to manage and disclose all relevant Intellectual Property, including background, historic, and foreground IP, through a formal questionnaire and spreadsheet. All pricing must be provided in South African Rand and remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
