Description

The Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA) is inviting bids for a comprehensive penetration test of its IT infrastructure. The project aims to identify and mitigate cyber risks across five office locations, including the Head Office in Randburg and regional offices in Cape Town, Durban, Limpopo, and Nelspruit. The scope covers external internet-facing systems, internal network segmentation, identity management, and web applications. Key deliverables include a detailed technical report, an executive summary, and a remediation validation summary. The successful service provider must complete all work within 21 days of appointment. The project also requires a knowledge transfer plan for TETA’s ICT team. Bidders must demonstrate experience through at least three completed cybersecurity projects in the last five years and provide certified personnel with relevant industry accreditations.
