The Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA) is looking for a professional service provider to handle minute-taking and governance support. The work will take place at TETA offices for the remainder of the 2026/2027 financial year. Key tasks include recording and transcribing Board, Committee, and Management meetings, as well as maintaining resolution registers and action lists. The provider must ensure all minutes are accurate, professionally formatted, and submitted within five to seven working days after each meeting. The service provider will report directly to the Company Secretary and must maintain strict confidentiality of all records.
