The Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites bids for the delivery of a Prosci Change Management Certification Programme and training for Change Champions. The work will take place in Johannesburg at the ATNS Head Office or the Aviation Training Academy. The service provider must deliver official Prosci certification, workshops, and practical training on the ADKAR model and stakeholder engagement. This contract will run for a period of twelve months on an as-and-when-required basis. The lead facilitator must have at least three years of relevant experience and hold official Prosci authorization to conduct these training sessions.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Must hold valid Prosci accreditation or partnership license
- Provide two signed client reference letters for similar training services
- Provide certified CVs and qualifications for all facilitators
- Must have valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must hold registration with relevant professional bodies
- Provide CIPC, ID copies, and share certificates for company ownership
