Description

The Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) invites bids for the development of an online, self-paced Departmental Information Security Officer (DISO) training programme. The project requires the creation of 13 modules focused on information security governance, risk management, and strategic leadership for the public sector. Deliverables include video content, interactive assessments, and case studies compatible with Moodle 4.5 and Articulate 360. The work must be completed within three months of the project start date. The project will be based in Pretoria, and the DPSA will retain all intellectual property rights for the developed materials.

  • Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
