Description

The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites tenders for the supply and maintenance of indoor pot plants at King Shaka International Airport. This is a 36-month contract under the NEC 3 Term Service Contract framework. The scope includes the rental, installation, and weekly maintenance of approximately 100 pot plants, including watering, pruning, and pest control. Work must be performed during night shifts between 23:00 and 04:00. The contractor is responsible for providing qualified staff, including a supervisor and a technician, and must ensure all work complies with strict environmental and safety standards. Deliverables include monthly service reports and the provision of ad-hoc floral arrangements.
