The City of Ekurhuleni is seeking a registered financial institution to serve as a Lead Bond Arranger and Debt Sponsor for its Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme. The contract runs from July 2027 to June 2030. Key responsibilities include managing bond issuances, coordinating with the JSE, facilitating investor roadshows, and providing ongoing market updates. - Must hold a valid Financial Services Provider (FSP) license
- Must have JSE approval as a debt sponsor
- Proven experience as Lead Arranger for JSE-registered bonds
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Must provide proof of municipal account compliance or lease agreement
- Must provide three years of audited Annual Financial Statements
- Must hold valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
- Must have COIDA registration and a valid Letter of Good Standing
