Description

The Mossel Bay Municipality invites registered financial institutions to provide external loans totaling R60,100,000. These funds will support various capital projects, including water and sewer infrastructure upgrades, such as the Great Brak WWTW capacity increase and the Bartelsfontein to Dana Bay water pipeline. The loan term is 15 years with a drawdown date of 30 June 2027. Repayments must be made bi-annually without interest capitalization. Bidders must offer either a fixed interest rate or a floating rate linked to standard benchmarks like the Repo or Prime rate.
