Description

The Coega Development Corporation (CDC) invites tenders for the construction of a 1.1km extension of Alumina Street in Zone 5 of the Coega Special Economic Zone, Eastern Cape. This project supports the new Wastewater Treatment Works and includes site clearance, earthworks, asphalt surfacing, stormwater drainage, and bulk sewer pipeline installation. The construction period is six months. A mandatory briefing meeting will be held on 18 August 2026 at the Coega BPO Auditorium in Gqeberha. Bidders must provide a detailed construction programme and meet specific quality and survey standards. The contract will be awarded based on an 80/20 preference point system.
