The scope involves 24-hour manned guarding, as well as the installation and maintenance of advanced security systems such as CCTV, access control, drone technology, and fire suppression. Bidders may apply for one or both service categories. A mandatory briefing session is scheduled for 17 July 2026 at the Coega SEZ. Successful bidders must maintain a functional office in Gqeberha. The project will be evaluated using a 90/10 preference point system.
