Description

This tender is for the appointment of a Professional Service Provider to manage the refurbishment and upgrading of the Hugo Bierman Building at the Simonstown Naval Base in the Western Cape. Issued by the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), the project covers construction oversight, contract administration, and final project close-out.
