The CCMA invites service providers to deliver an integrated Employee Health, Wellness, and Work-Life Balance Programme for 36 months. The project covers all South African provinces, supporting approximately 963 employees and 20 executives. Key deliverables include occupational health and safety support, psychosocial counselling, lifestyle management, and financial wellness services. The provider must assign a dedicated Client Relationship Manager, provide monthly reporting, and conduct staff awareness events across regional offices. Implementation must begin within one month of the award. The programme includes 24/7 crisis support, trauma debriefing, and annual health screenings. Bidders must demonstrate an extensive track record and provide CVs for the project team, including a Lead Advisor.
