Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of loss adjustment services for its captive insurance company, ESCAP SOC LTD. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis across various Eskom premises and locations where losses occur. The contract will be managed as a panel of service providers for a duration of five years, utilizing the NEC3 Professional Services Contract. Key deliverables include investigating insurance claims, assessing claim validity, preparing professional interim and final reports, and providing guidance on loss mitigation and risk management. The scope covers various insurance categories, including assets, liabilities, crime, aviation, and motor loss. What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
