The office is located at Plot 1070, De Drift Plaza, Louisevale Road. The successful bidder will provide cleaning services three times a week for a 36-month period. The scope includes cleaning floors, furniture, windows, bathrooms, and kitchens across a 187m2 facility. The provider must supply all necessary cleaning equipment and materials. An alternative cleaner must be available if the primary cleaner is absent. A briefing session is scheduled for 08 October 2026.
