The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is seeking a panel of forensic service providers to investigate allegations of fraud, corruption, and other misconduct. The work will be performed in Pretoria over a thirty-six-month period on an as-needed basis. Key deliverables include conducting staff interviews, analyzing electronic data, identifying internal control weaknesses, and providing expert testimony in disciplinary or criminal proceedings. Selected providers must also support the transfer of skills to the Agency’s Integrity Management Unit and provide monthly progress reports. The Agency intends to appoint between two and five service providers to this panel.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Key personnel must hold valid ACFE SA, ICFP, or SAAFS professional registration
- Partner or Director must possess a relevant NQF Level 7-10 degree
- Must provide proof of valid Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Must be tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
