The City of Johannesburg Metrobus is seeking a panel of service providers to deliver training and development services. This work will take place in Johannesburg over a 24-month period. The scope includes generic soft skills, technical training for mechanics and electricians, labour relations, safety, financial management, and computer software training. Key deliverables include providing training programs, submitting progress reports, issuing competency certificates, and ensuring all learning materials align with NQF requirements. Facilitators must be qualified and use adult learning principles. Bidders must demonstrate at least seven years of experience in their chosen training category.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Accredited by QCTO as a Skills Development Provider
- Valid ISO 9001:2015 certification or training venue safety MoA
- Possess a functional Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide audited annual financial statements for the past three years
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Municipal rates and taxes accounts not older than three months
- Certified ID copies of shareholders/directors and share certificates
- Signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
