Description

The South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) invites bids for an independent evaluation of South Africa's compliance with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). The service provider will assess training programs, certification processes, and quality management systems. Key deliverables include conducting site inspections, stakeholder consultations, and submitting a final evaluation report suitable for the International Maritime Organization.
