The project will take place in Pretoria and involves aligning spatial policies, conducting research, and developing a GIS-based tool for planning. Key deliverables include an inception report, research findings, draft and final guideline documents, and stakeholder engagement reports. The project must be completed within five months of appointment. The service provider is expected to start work within five days of receiving the official order.
