The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is seeking a service provider for media monitoring and analysis services. The project involves tracking print, online, and broadcast media coverage across South Africa and the SADC region. Key deliverables include daily broadcast synopses, quarterly and annual sentiment analysis reports, and providing a secure online portal for media clips. The contract will run for 24 months, starting from 01 October 2026 until 30 September 2028. The successful bidder must also provide a once-off historical media analysis report covering April 2025 to September 2026.
